Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and manage the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects and assigned workstreams
Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, schedule, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, quality, and deliverables
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules; establish deadlines, milestones, priorities, and task assignments
Assign responsibilities, coordinate cross-functional resources, and lead and direct the work of project team members
Monitor project performance and progress against established plans, identify variances, and implement corrective actions as needed
Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, briefings, and executive-level updates for Government and iTech AG leadership
Facilitate project meetings and Agile/SAFe ceremonies, track action items and decisions, and ensure timely follow-through
Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies and escalate items requiring leadership or Government action
Coordinate closely with ServiceNow architects, developers, administrators, business analysts, testers, and Government stakeholders to support successful platform delivery
Support requirements, release, deployment, and change-management activities across the ServiceNow implementation lifecycle
Ensure project activities and deliverables align with contractual requirements, federal standards, security requirements, and organizational processes
Perform a variety of project management tasks requiring extensive experience, independent judgment, creativity, and latitude; other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of progressive project management experience supporting complex IT programs or projects
Demonstrated experience coordinating and completing projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and leading cross-functional teams
Strong experience with project planning and scheduling, risk and issue management, status reporting, resource coordination, and stakeholder management
Experience working in Agile and/or SAFe delivery environments; federal IT or ServiceNow implementation experience strongly preferred
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification - Required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience supporting enterprise IT modernization, or federal civilian agency programs; Scrum Master, SAFe, or ServiceNow certifications are a plus
SECURITY CLEARANCE
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
Pursuant to government contracts, US Citizenship is required
