DescriptionROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate and manage the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects and assigned workstreams
- Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, schedule, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, quality, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules; establish deadlines, milestones, priorities, and task assignments
- Assign responsibilities, coordinate cross-functional resources, and lead and direct the work of project team members
- Monitor project performance and progress against established plans, identify variances, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, briefings, and executive-level updates for Government and iTech AG leadership
- Facilitate project meetings and Agile/SAFe ceremonies, track action items and decisions, and ensure timely follow-through
- Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies and escalate items requiring leadership or Government action
- Coordinate closely with ServiceNow architects, developers, administrators, business analysts, testers, and Government stakeholders to support successful platform delivery
- Support requirements, release, deployment, and change-management activities across the ServiceNow implementation lifecycle
- Ensure project activities and deliverables align with contractual requirements, federal standards, security requirements, and organizational processes
- Perform a variety of project management tasks requiring extensive experience, independent judgment, creativity, and latitude; other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- 10+ years of progressive project management experience supporting complex IT programs or projects
- Demonstrated experience coordinating and completing projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong experience with project planning and scheduling, risk and issue management, status reporting, resource coordination, and stakeholder management
- Experience working in Agile and/or SAFe delivery environments; federal IT or ServiceNow implementation experience strongly preferred
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification - Required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience supporting enterprise IT modernization, or federal civilian agency programs; Scrum Master, SAFe, or ServiceNow certifications are a plus
SECURITY CLEARANCEAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
