DescriptionTeleSolv is seeking a highly capable Program Accountability Management Supervisor to support a Government program focused on maintaining operational readiness and accountability of critical equipment assets. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the Maintenance Data Systems and Planned Maintenance System (MDS/PMS) database supporting approximately 2,400 pieces of Civil Engineering Support Equipment (CESE) and associated collateral equipment. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, technical oversight, and operational rigor to ensure accurate accountability, reporting, and maintenance tracking within a structured and high-impact Government environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain an accurate MDS/PMS database for approximately 2,400 CESE assets and associated equipment
- Perform monthly physical validation of at least 10% of equipment inventory and update location/status within designated systems
- Maintain 100% equipment accountability within the ELMS program
- Draft and submit required administrative correspondence (e.g., equipment acceptance, loan requests, disposal notifications) to higher headquarters
- Identify and report equipment losses or shortages and coordinate corrective actions with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR)
- Utilize ELMS and related tools to track maintenance workloads and accountability requirements
- Supervise and coordinate contractor maintenance personnel to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance
- Ensure all reporting and documentation aligns with Government standards and procedures.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise- Familiarity with Naval Technical Command Support System (NTCSS), including R-Supply and OMMS-NG functions
- Experience with Information System Office (ISO) processes and maintenance programs
- Knowledge of PMS directives, CESE TOA management instructions, and related operational procedures
- Experience with procurement processes and administrative correspondence for logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and asset accountability processes
- Proficiency in ELMS or similar logistics/maintenance tracking systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic communication tools
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and operational procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify deviations and implement corrective actions
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in a structured operational environment
