Position: Professional Services Project Manager, Americas Location: US - Fort Lauderdale/Hybrid *Highly Preffered*
THE ROLE: The Professional Services Project Manager is a senior role within the Global Professional Services organization, and acts as the primary orchestrator for complex, large-scale enterprise deployments of the IGEL OS ecosystem. This role balances deep corporate stakeholder management with effective internal cross-functional alignment across engineering, support, sales, product management and development teams. The function ensures successful end-to-end delivery of enterprise implementation, OS migration, and endpoint security deployment projects.
The Professional Services Project Manager will work closely with the Technical Relationship Manager (TRMs where assigned within an account) and the wider CX, Solutions Architects (SA), Sales Account teams to ensure the business and technical commitments made prior to and during deployment are met. This role will also be responsible for managing defined and agreed scope, aligning with customer technical teams and stakeholders to keep project parameters on track and highlight any risks of scope creep.
The right candidate has 5+ years of software project management or technical consulting experience, specifically managing enterprise-grade infrastructure or desktop virtualization (VDI / DaaS) deployments.
