Qualifications

• Valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required; multiple state licenses preferred.
• Essential field and office experience in land surveying with a strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients and generate revenue.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and growth.
• Proven experience managing survey crews required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely as needed.
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Carlson Survey essential; Quickbase proficiency is a plus.
• On-call availability one weekend every three to four months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage survey technicians.
• Conduct boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews.
• Perform detailed research at town, county, and state levels.
• Evaluate surveys, field notes, maps, and aerial photographs for project constraints.
• Communicate daily with crew chiefs and operations team.
• Collaborate with drafting managers and design staff for project updates and challenges.
• Perform calculations of quantities and volumes for projects.
