Qualifications

• Valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required; multiple state licensures preferred.
• Essential field and office experience in land surveying; keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to acquire new clients and generate revenue.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Demonstrated experience managing survey crews.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely, showing drive and independence.
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Carlson Survey; Quickbase proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage survey technicians effectively.
• Perform boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews.
• Conduct detailed research at various governmental levels.
• Evaluate surveys, field notes, maps, and aerial photographs for project constraints.
• Calculate quantities and volumes as necessary.
• Communicate regularly with crew chiefs and operations team to ensure project alignment.
• Collaborate with drafting managers and design staff for updates and plan revisions.
