Work on high visibility civil engineering projects, partner with clients and agencies, and play a key role in delivering quality work in a collaborative, hybrid environment based out of New Richmond, Wisconsin. This Opportunity:
3 Opportunity for immediate involvement in on-going projects, with the opportunity to expand into new markets
3 Provide technical advice, lead projects and teams, manage client relationships and deliver profitable projects to grow our civil practice
3 Work in a collaborative team environment where you'll impact team decisions and mentor our junior engineers and technicians
3 Representing SEH with agencies at project and public meetings
3 Prepare project approaches, scopes and fees required to complete projects
3 Present proposals to clients, interviews for projects, and select project teams
3 Determining major project design decisions in conjunction with client
3 Hybrid Work Environment Flexibility
Required Qualifications:
3 Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
3 Registered Professional Engineer, if not WI ability to obtain WI license upon hire
3 Must reside in or around New Richmond, Wisconsin
3 Ability to attend client meetings as needed
3 Previous design and/or construction experience on civil projects
Preferred Qualifications:
3 Previous Project management experience on Civil Engineering projects
3 Previous experience with all phases of municipal street and utility improvement projects
3 AutoCAD/Civil3D background
Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $85,000 and $90,000 based on skill set and experience. Check out our full benefits package at SEH Hiring Journey.
