Coordinating with external vendors to assess capabilities and integrate supplier processes into internal routing and costing models.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in manufacturing engineering, production systems or a closely related engineering role.
Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, process documentation and product routing.
Experience with ERP or MRP systems, with KBM experience highly advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to perform cost estimation, manufacturability assessments and vendor evaluations.
Clear communication and collaboration skills when working across engineering, production, planning and commercial teams.
