Production Supervisor - Manufacturing

The Role
We're hiring a Production Supervisor to lead large, frontline manufacturing teams in a fast-paced food production environment. This role is accountable for shift performance-safety, quality, people leadership, and output-while ensuring production and packaging lines run on time, on standard, and on budget.
You'll be hands-on, visible on the floor, and trusted to make real-time decisions that keep the business moving.

What You'll Do
• Lead and coordinate production and packaging teams (up to 60 team members)
• Ensure shift output meets schedule, cost, quality, and waste targets
• Execute core operating systems including GMPs, SOPs, LEAN, TQM, and food safety standards
• Partner with Maintenance and Production Management on preventative maintenance planning
• Coach, train, and develop team members; support performance management and reviews
• Address performance or conduct issues quickly, fairly, and respectfully
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Scheduling, R&D, and Capital Planning teams
• Model strong leadership through presence, accountability, and a willingness to work alongside the team

What You Bring
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Prior experience supervising large production teams
• Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred (HACCP, SQF, QAI, Kosher, etc.)
• Strong safety mindset and working knowledge of OSHA standards
• Comfort using production scheduling systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to lead with clarity, consistency, and urgency in a 24/7 operation
