You will bring: • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline. • Significant manufacturing leadership experience in a process industry environment. • 10+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, specialty chemicals, specialty materials, or related industries. • Proven success leading teams and delivering sustainable improvements in operational performance. • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, continuous improvement and operational excellence principles. • Experience working within Process Safety Management (PSM) environments is strongly preferred. • Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to analyze complex situations, make sound decisions and execute effectively in a dynamic environment. You will get: • Competitive salary and benefits package • The U.S. annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: 127,680 to $159,600. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, such as skills, experience, qualifications, etc. and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range.
