A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Manufacturing Manager with Siemens Energy, you guide and lead a diverse and dedicated workforce in the manufacturing of critical components through the investment casting process! You will own the manufacturing effort by working closely with other departments to ensure the highest levels of quality are achieved!

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Drive improvements in operational efficiency by reducing work content and implementing automation initiatives that streamline processes and boost effectiveness.
  • Provide comprehensive mentorship in developing manufacturing process plans, addressing personnel, material, subcontract, facility, tooling, and equipment needs to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure that all production goals for costs, quality, and delivery are consistently met, aligning operations with company objectives and customer expectations.
  • Review production and operational reports regularly, advising solutions for manufacturing and maintenance challenges to minimize costs and prevent delays.
  • Promote the company's EEO policies, Affirmative Action goals, and safety regulations, ensuring full compliance with safety, environmental, and other relevant policies and regulations.
  • Train staff to ensure awareness of and compliance with company, government, and customer policies, supporting a culture of safety and adherence to established standards.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience; BS or higher in Engineering or Business field preferred.
  • Experience: Over 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, ideally with operational exposure at a Fortune 500 manufacturing company.
  • Expertise: Highly organized with strong project management skills, in-depth product and operational knowledge, sound decision-making abilities, and sharp analytical acumen.
  • Service orientation: A strong customer advocate who develops others, communicates assertively yet optimally, and demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Process-driven, resourceful, and flexible, with a focus on results and continuous improvement; skilled at setting priorities and meeting deadlines while achieving bottom-line impact.
  • Leadership: Exhibits emotional maturity and resilience under pressure, sets a high standard for the organization, and leads by example while encouraging the development of others.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
