Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of relevant team management experience, particularly in manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of production operations and machinery.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Analytical problem-solving ability with excellent organizational skills.
• Time management expertise, with task prioritization and delegation capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP; lean experience/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce production floor standards.
• Drive daily Tier 3 meetings to achieve production goals.
• Maintain and update daily KPIs and production reports.
• Create and continually adjust a labor plan based on operational demands.
• Collaborate with Finance and leadership on monthly forecasts.
• Lead presentations at monthly communication meetings.
• Work with plant leadership on monthly improvement countermeasures.
• Foster a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Utilize root cause analysis and lean tools for waste elimination.
• Facilitate kaizen events and manage ongoing improvement projects.
