5-7 years of proven production leadership experience in manufacturing
Strong background in discrete manufacturing processes
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead through supervisors
Continuous improvement mindset with Lean/Six Sigma exposure preferred
Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics
Exceptional communication skills and organizational abilities
Responsibilities
