Production Manager to lead night shift operations in our
state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
What You'll Do- Lead production teams in a 24-hour manufacturing environment
- Drive safety, quality, and productivity
- Serve as the technical expert in injection molding
- Improve cycle times, reduce scrap, and increase throughput
- Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering
- Coach and develop a high-performing team
What You Bring- 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Expertise in injection molding
- Experience leading teams in high-volume environments
- Hands-on, results-driven leadership style
- Experience in a GMP and/or ISO 9001 environment preferred
