Production Manager

What does a successful Production Manager do?

A Fiserv Production Manager oversees day-to-day production operations, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, on time and to the required quality standards. This role coordinates people, processes, equipment and materials to meet production targets while continuously improving performance.

What you will do:
  • Manage operational activities including priorities through supervisors
  • Minimize operational expenditures (e.g., CPWUs) in cost centers
  • Overall team performance to meet or exceed company goals and objectives
  • Provide coaching and mentoring for team, driving for operational results
  • Ensure team adheres to established policy and procedures


What you will need to have:
  • 3+ years' experience in operations/production environment required
  • 2+ years of previous management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, military, or education required


What would be great to have:
  • A high school diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education and military experience
  • 12+ months Production/Warehouse Experience in High-Speed Operation or similar
  • A team player that works well with others but can also work independently


Important info about this role:
  • You will work an assigned schedule of 2nd shift Mon-Fri 2p-10p
  • Flexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidays
  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Salary Range
$75,000.00-$104,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Virginia and Maine. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company's sole discretion.
