About the role:
As a Product Team Lead, you'll be the first-line people leader responsible for guiding a team of Product Managers and Associate Product Managers while owning the strategy and direction for a defined product line or capability area, or a small domain within TQL's technology ecosystem. This role balances people leadership, product strategy, and execution enablement in equal measure. The Product Team Lead develops talent, defines strategy for their area, and partners closely with engineering leadership to ensure teams deliver outcomes that create meaningful business and customer value.

Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers and Associate Product Managers through clear expectations, quality feedback, and structured development plans
