JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will help deliver digital products and experiences by translating customer and business needs into actionable requirements and solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support product development efforts, prioritize work, and ensure successful execution throughout the product lifecycle.

We are seeking a product owner who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving problems. The ideal candidate collaborates effectively across teams, uses data to inform decisions, and can balance multiple priorities while contributing to the delivery of meaningful customer and business outcomes.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support and enhance the digital customer experience across a specific product, capability, or platform.
  • Partner with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define user needs, and support product goals.
  • Translate business requirements and customer feedback into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
  • Manage and maintain the product backlog, ensuring work is prioritized and aligned to roadmap objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and business partners to support day-to-day product delivery.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve customer experiences, workflows, and product capabilities.
  • Support the definition and tracking of product metrics to evaluate performance and inform future enhancements.
  • Escalate risks, dependencies, and delivery concerns to appropriate stakeholders while helping drive resolution.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered as intended.
  • Leverage customer feedback, research, analytics, and testing results to support product enhancements and prioritization decisions.
  • Advocate for the customer while balancing business priorities, technical considerations, and operational needs.
  • Stay informed on digital product trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve product delivery.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working on digital products, product delivery, business analysis, or related roles.
  • Experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and supporting Agile delivery teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Experience using data, customer feedback, and analytics to support product decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
