Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI Product Owner / Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of AI-powered solutions across fuel, forecourt, convenience retail, and QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) operations on Google Cloud. The role involves identifying business opportunities, defining and prioritizing AI/GenAI use cases, and partnering with business stakeholders, AI architects, engineers, and data teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in retail, fuel, POS, payments, store operations, inventory management, and customer experience, along with experience leveraging Gemini and Vertex AI to build intelligent assistants, automation, and AI-driven workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Translate fuel pump, forecourt, convenience retail, and QSR operational challenges into prioritized AI/GenAI use cases, epics, features, and user stories.
• Bring domain understanding across fuel/POS/payment journeys, pricing and promotions, store operations, food service, inventory, order management, and customer experience.
• Identify opportunities where Gemini/Vertex AI-powered assistants, agents, automation, and intelligent workflows can improve business outcomes.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on value, feasibility, risk, customer/employee impact, and adoption.
• Define business KPIs, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes for AI use cases.
• Partner with Circle K business stakeholders, Google/GCP teams, AI architects, engineers, and data teams through discovery, MVP, pilot, and scale.
• Lead sprint reviews and business demos, driving adoption and value realization.
Preferred Responsibilities:
Product ownership experience in convenience retail, fuel retail, QSR, or adjacent retail domains; familiarity with GenAI/agentic AI and Google Cloud solutions desirable.
