Job title: IT Product Specialist (Remote ) Job Description: - Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap by establishing clear product goals, priorities, and release plans aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and long-term technology strategy.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to identify business opportunities, understand pain points, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable and actionable product solutions.
- Own and track the product backlog, continuously prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, dependencies, and strategic priorities.
- Translate business and technical requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements, ensuring engineering and QA teams have clear direction for development and validation.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, QA, Data, UX/UI, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC to ensure effective collaboration, solution alignment, quality, and successful product delivery.
- Drive end-to-end product delivery by managing timelines, cross-team dependencies, risks, technical roadblocks, scope changes, and competing priorities while ensuring releases meet defined business and technical objectives.
- Define, monitor, and analyze product KPIs, adoption metrics, operational metrics, and business outcomes to measure product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and make data-driven prioritization decisions.
- Involved in product planning, roadmap reviews, sprint/release discussions, product demonstrations, and stakeholder meetings, facilitating alignment across teams and communicating decisions, priorities, risks, and next steps effectively.
- Identify and drive opportunities for AI, automation, process optimization, and technology modernization to improve operational efficiency, enhance user experiences, reduce manual effort, and deliver measurable business value.
- Ensure products comply with enterprise architecture, security, privacy, regulatory, compliance, and technology standards while regularly communicating product strategy, progress, risks, achievements, and business outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Qualification Requirement:Qualification Requirement:Bachelor's in computer science.
Must Have:- Minimum 3 Years experience required
- Agile & PM Tools experience like Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps (ADO), Visio
- Platforms Web, Android, iOS, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), AWS (migration exposure)
- Analytics Awareness: Familiarity with common product analytics platforms (e.g., Analytics, Mixpanel,
