About The RoleCruise is one of the most exciting growth opportunities at Fora, and we're looking for a Cruise Operations Lead to help us build the infrastructure to scale it.
As we expand our cruise business, we're rethinking how modern technology, smarter operations, and better supplier connectivity can transform the way travel advisors sell and manage cruises. We're looking for an innovative operator who can bridge deep cruise industry expertise with a passion for building scalable systems.
In this role, you'll own the operational foundation of our cruise business, spanning group inventory, booking accuracy, commission integrity, and the launch and adoption of our cruise booking technology.
