Full Job Description
You will:
Design and lead annual and quarterly planning for Product and Engineering, including plan format, commitment governance, and capacity tradeoffs.
Run the OKR cycle and set the standard of 3 to 5 Outcome metrics per team, with a durable focus on Outcomes over outputs.
Own the operating rhythm: leadership meetings, goal reviews, and cross-functional syncs. Drive decisions and close follow-ups.
Build self-service reporting that leaders read without a translator.
Partner with Data and Analytics to turn data into decisions. Every analysis ends with what we should do.
Set cross-functional norms, define rules of engagement and roles, and steward the tools Product and Engineering work in.
Lead AI integration into how the org plans, operates, and reports.
Partner with TPM to standardize operating models once they are validated.
Run intake for field and executive requests: triage, route validated opportunities to PMs, and close the loop.
Structure how customer input, including advisory boards and early adopters, reaches product teams.
About you:
5 to 7 years in product operations, strategy and operations, program management, or business operations at a scaled software company.
Experience running planning, roadmap, or OKR cycles across multiple teams.
Experience defining team metrics and building reporting that non-analysts use.
Strong analytical skills. You can build a clean report from messy sources and tell a VP what it means.
Clear writing. You can turn an ambiguous problem into a one-page recommendation.
Influence without authority. You hold PMs and Engineering leads to commitments without formal control over them.
Judgment on when structure helps and when it slows people down.
Fluency in Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and a BI tool. SQL or Python is a plus.
Experience with usage-based pricing, applying AI to internal operations, or data and ad tech is a plus.
The approximate annual base compensation range is $159,500- $234,500. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
