Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a
Product Operations and Administration Manager to join their Product Group within the Investor Services business. This is a unique opportunity to serve as an advisor and operational leader at the center of a global Product function, helping drive execution, governance, financial performance, and organizational effectiveness.
In this role, you will oversee a broad portfolio that spans financial management, executive reporting, strategic planning, risk and control governance, operational excellence, and cross-functional program execution. The role works closely with leaders across Product, Technology, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Operations, and Human Resources to enable informed decision-making, ensure strong governance, and deliver on key strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities:- Lead financial management and planning, including budgeting, forecasting, expense oversight, financial analysis, and executive reporting.
- Develop executive-level KPI dashboards and management reporting, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and strategic programs, coordinating execution across Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams.
- Oversee governance, risk, and control activities, including audit management, regulatory commitments, RCSA coordination, and remediation tracking.
- Manage business operations and organizational effectiveness, including vendor management, onboarding, business continuity planning, process improvement, and operational controls.
- Serve as a key liaison to senior stakeholders, partnering with Finance, Internal Audit, Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, and HR to ensure alignment and effective execution of business priorities.
- Support Product leadership on talent and organizational initiatives, including workforce planning, talent reviews, promotion processes, leadership meetings, and employee development programs.
- Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence, leveraging data, reporting, automation, and best practices to enhance organizational performance and scalability.
- Drive innovation and identify opportunities to leverage analytics, automation, AI, and emerging technologies to improve decision-making, reporting, and organizational effectiveness.
Knowledge and skills• 7+ years of experience in business management, business operations, program management, finance, consulting, risk management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience within financial services, banking, wealth management, insurance, payments, or fintech environments.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership teams and successfully lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong background in budgeting, financial planning, executive reporting, and KPI dashboard development.
• Experience working with governance, risk, compliance, internal audit, and control functions in a regulated environment.
Salary Range $130,000-$180,000 + annual target bonus
