  • Translate complex product and technical information into clear, compelling messaging and content tailored to producers, customers and other key audiences.

  • Use market intelligence, performance data and customer insights to identify opportunities, challenge existing approaches and recommend creative ways to improve positioning, collateral, digital experiences and sales tools.

  • Collaborate across Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Legal/Compliance, external index partners and other stakeholders to move initiatives forward with urgency, sound judgment and appropriate risk awareness.

  • Own assigned initiatives from planning through execution, managing timelines, dependencies and stakeholder communication while leveraging technology, automation and AI to increase efficiency, accelerate content development and uncover insights that improve marketing effectiveness.

  • Product marketing expertise, including the ability to use data, competitive intelligence and market insights to develop differentiated positioning, messaging and marketing recommendations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts, influence stakeholders and create compelling content for multiple audiences.

  • Strong project management, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with a bias for action and the adaptability to navigate changing priorities; curiosity and fluency with AI, automation and emerging technology to improve how work gets done.
