Be part of our success story and join us as Product Marketing Manager - US!

Are you ready? Join the crew!

What we expect you to own and run with:

  • Act as the day-to-day bridge between the US sales organization and the Europe-based marketing and product teams.
  • Translate product updates, sales feedback, customer insights, and market context into sales enablement content, playbooks, battle cards, AI-supported tools, and sales intelligence.
  • Work closely with sales on win-loss insights, customer conversations, and Gong calls to identify what is landing, what is not, and which objections need to be addressed.
  • Lead enablement sessions and training for the go-to-market organization, showing teams how to use new materials and what outcomes to expect from them.
  • Create and maintain a reliable single source of truth so sales teams can work with the current product story, messaging, and enablement materials.
  • Create and support campaigns for the US market, adapting messaging to customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Build practical routines and workflows for gathering, prioritizing, and rapidly responding to weekly input from product, marketing, sales, and customers.
  • Feed structured customer and sales insights back into marketing and product teams to improve positioning, messaging, and enablement.

Which boxes you need to check:

  • Demonstrated experience in product marketing, with a strong focus on sales enablement in a B2B SaaS or complex software environment.
  • A proven ability to work closely with sales, communicate in a sales-relevant way, and build trust with a go-to-market organization.
  • Hands-on experience creating enablement materials and delivering training that helps sales teams adopt and use them.
  • The ability to analyze customer conversations, sales calls, and feedback, then turn insights into clear messaging and objection handling.
  • A proactive approach to using artificial intelligence to accelerate content creation, enablement, and workflows.
  • Strong organization and decision-making skills, with the discipline to document changes and keep teams aligned in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience with industrial manufacturing, pricing, supply chain, logistics, or another complex industry is an advantage. Strong product marketing capability is more important than industry knowledge alone.
  • Fluent English and the ability to collaborate effectively with Europe-based teams. Chicago or the wider Midwest is preferred; the East Coast can work with regular travel to Chicago. West Coast locations are generally less suitable because of collaboration with Europe
