This role is central to developing and optimizing customer offers that drive subscriber growth, strengthen customer value, and maximize long-term profitability across acquisition, existing customer, retention, and SVOD portfolios.

You'll combine analytical expertise, financial acumen, and marketing strategy to shape their portfolio of offers. Beyond building business cases, you'll partner with strategy owners to challenge assumptions, refine offer concepts, and identify better solutions before they reach execution. Success in this role requires thinking holistically across products, channels, customer segments, and lifecycle touchpoints-recognizing dependencies across pricing, packaging, promotions, and customer experiences to develop strategies that are financially sound, operationally executable, and compelling for customers.

  • Develop business cases and financial models that evaluate acquisition, existing customer retention, and SVOD offers.
  • Evaluate offers across products, channels, customer segments, and lifecycle touchpoints to support a cohesive offer, pricing, and packaging strategy.
  • Build forecasts and financial models using sound assumptions when data is limited or ambiguous.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Product teams to develop and execute offer strategies.
  • Deliver executive-ready insights and presentations that simplify complex analyses and support strategic decision-making.
  • Proven strength in financial modeling, business case development, and strategic analysis.
  • Ability to balance customer, marketing, financial, and operational perspectives when evaluating business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence strategy by asking insightful questions, challenging assumptions, and recommending better solutions.
  • Experience evaluating complex business decisions that span multiple products, customer segments, and cross-functional organizations.
  • Ability to simplify complexity while recognizing dependencies across pricing, packaging, promotions, and customer lifecycle strategies.
