About the role

We are seeking a strategic and technically fluent Product Marketing Manager to lead product launches, competitive positioning & messaging, content strategy, and sales enablement for Agora's real-time communications (RTC) and Conversational AI portfolio. This role is a core member of the go-to-market (GTM) team, responsible for translating our platform vision into compelling market narratives, launch strategies, and revenue-driving motions.

You will deeply understand our products, customers, and competitive landscape, then turn that insight into differentiated messaging, customer-ready stories, and sales and partner enablement. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Solutions Architects, Developer Relations, and the broader Marketing team to drive product adoption and category leadership. You originate the strategic product and solutions content that underpins campaigns, launches, and field programs.

What you'll do
• Own product and solutions messaging and content for Agora's portfolio across RTC and Conversational AI
• Develop sales playbooks with clear, differentiated value propositions and narratives for sales-aligned, priority markets and use cases
• Originate core product marketing content, including solution briefs, product one-pagers, pitch and demo decks, sales playbooks, competitive battlecards, and FAQs
• Lead GTM planning for new products, features, and solutions: define objectives, audiences, positioning, launch plans, and recommended pricing and packaging inputs
• Partner with Product Management to shape roadmaps through market and customer insight, persona definition, and business case development
• Build and maintain sales and partner enablement programs and assets, and deliver live enablement sessions that equip the field to sell Agora's products and solutions confidently
• Conduct ongoing market, customer, and competitive research; distill findings into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership and product teams.
• Collaborate with growth and field marketing to ensure message consistency and product clarity across the website, campaigns, events, and content programs
• Define and track key product marketing KPIs (launch impact, pipeline and revenue influence, message pull-through, win/loss themes, content usage) and drive continuous improvement
• Act as a visible evangelist for Agora's category, products, and solutions through executive briefings, webinars, events, and internal forums

Qualifications
• 5+ years of direct product marketing experience for a B2B SaaS or PaaS company, with significant exposure to developer platforms, SDKs/APIs, or cloud infrastructure
• Proven track record owning competitive positioning, messaging, and GTM for developer-first products and driving successful launches and adoption.
• Strong technical fluency in concepts such as real-time voice and video, low-latency streaming, SDKs and APIs, and AI/ML-powered capabilities (LLMs, STT/TTS, RAG is a plus)
• Demonstrated ability to independently create high-quality, developer-first product marketing content across formats (decks, briefs, playbooks, battlecards)
• Experience partnering closely with Product Management, Sales, and Solutions Architects to shape offerings, enable the field, and influence roadmap decisions
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with experience leveraging market research, customer feedback, and win/loss data to guide strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adjust depth and framing for developers, product leaders, and senior business stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment and managing multiple priorities and stakeholders

This is a hybrid role and must be present in our physical office 3x weekly generally Tuesday- Thursday.

Preferred Skills
• Experience at a leading Conversational AI, RTC, or CPaaS company
• Experience supporting and enabling technical audiences such as developers and software architects
• Familiarity with sales and enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Highspot/Seismic) and how to use them (or rebuild them with AI) to drive insights and adoption
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Perplexity, Claude, Jasper, Grammarly) for research and content acceleration while maintaining originality and rigor
• Background working closely with growth, demand generation, and regional marketing teams on integrated GTM initiatives

The pay range for this role is:

142,222 - 154,000 USD per year (HQ)
