Purpose of RoleResponsible for leading the strategy, roadmap, and successful delivery of highly strategic, complex, or business-critical products and capabilities that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. Partners with Engineering, Design, PMO, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Sales, Marketing, and senior business stakeholders to define product strategy, influence investment priorities, navigate organizational complexity, and deliver scalable solutions that align with company objectives. Leads product strategy, discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, and cross functional alignment while mentoring Product Managers and contributing to the continued evolution of Product Management practices across the organization.

- Mentors Associate Product Managers and Product Managers.
- Contributes to the evolution of Product Management standards, practices, and operating models.
- Champions customer centric, outcome driven product management throughout the organization.
- Shares knowledge and elevates product thinking across cross functional teams.
- Identifies opportunities to use artificial intelligence, automation, data, digital capabilities, and emerging technologies to improve customer and business outcomes.

Qualifications - Education - PreferredCompensationThe base salary range for this position is ($150,000 - $200,000) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
