Description
QuoteToMe is a fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS platform transforming how construction contractors purchase, receive, and pay for materials and equipment.
We integrate with the industry's core systems - Procore Financials, Viewpoint Vista - and support thousands of active jobs across North America, having facilitated over $500,000,000 in procurement volumes with our clients.
We are venture-backed by Mucker Capital, Framework Ventures, Builders VC, Stanford University Angel Club, and other leading funds.
We are continuing to scale into a category-leading platform for construction procurement and financial automation.
Contractors still manage procurement through scattered emails, texts, calls, spreadsheets, and disconnected ERP workflows - leading to delays, overspending, and heavy administrative burden.
QuoteToMe replaces this with a single, modern, integrated workflow:
RFQs → Purchase Orders → Delivery Tracking → Invoice Reconciliation → ERP Sync
We are hiring a Product Manager with strong UX/UI design capabilities-someone who can think strategically and produce elegant, intuitive designs in Figma.
You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end:
Discovery → Design → Requirements → Roadmap → Execution
You will design core workflows, guide engineering with clarity, and help shape our design system. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and customer-facing teams.
