We9re looking for a
Product Manager to help drive the evolution of our platform. You9ll define new features, prioritize product improvements, and work closely with engineering and customer-facing teams to deliver tools our clients rely on every day.

What you9ll do- Prioritize initiatives across new features, client needs, and system reliability
- Identify patterns in support tickets and product usage to surface high-impact improvements
- Capture feedback from Sales and Customer Success and translate them into roadmap priorities
- Manage the product backlog and planning boards so engineering time stays focused on the highest-impact work
- Write clear product specifications, epics, and tickets for new features
- Define acceptance criteria and surface key product decisions so developers can execute efficiently
- Work with engineering to break down larger initiatives into MVP releases and iterative improvements
- Coordinate feature launches with Customer Success and Marketing, including documentation and client communication
- Lead QA for new features and bug fixes to ensure releases work as intended and avoid unintended downstream impacts
- Improve and organize help documentation and product education resources
What we9re looking for- Experience managing and shipping software products in a SaaS environment
- Ability to translate client feedback and internal insights into clear product requirements
- Experience writing product specs, tickets, and acceptance criteria
- Strong collaboration skills working with engineering, customer success, and marketing teams
- Ability to prioritize across feature development, bug fixes, and reliability improvements
- Comfort working with data-driven products or analytics platforms
- Strong communication and organizational skills
LocationThis is a
remote role based in the United States.
CompensationThe expected base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience, along with incentive compensation tied to performance metrics.
