Full Job Description
Job Summary

As a Product Manager, you'll help shape products that power intelligent, connected commerce while contributing to how we use AI across both our products and the way we work. You'll partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Commercial teams to translate customer needs into impactful solutions across the product lifecycle.

AI will be an integral part of your day-to-day work. You'll use modern AI tools, automation, and data to accelerate research, analysis, communication, and execution-helping the team move faster, make better decisions, and spend more time solving meaningful customer problems.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their product management career who is curious, customer-focused, and eager to build product expertise in a fast-paced SaaS environment while helping shape the future of AI-powered commerce.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with Product Managers to support the product lifecycle from discovery and planning through delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Gather customer insights through interviews, feedback, analytics, and market research to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Develop a strong understanding of retailer and supplier workflows across the commerce, marketplace, and dropship ecosystem.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, analyze customer feedback, generate insights, and improve day-to-day productivity across the product lifecycle.
  • Use AI-assisted development and prototyping tools (e.g., AI coding assistants, agentic/low-code tooling) to personally build and validate functionality including prototypes, and in some cases production-ready features rather than relying solely on handoff to engineering.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality product enhancements using AI methodologies, and to direct AI-accelerated delivery on larger initiatives.
  • Help prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, business goals, and technical considerations.
  • Monitor product performance and key metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Support product launches, release communications, documentation, and internal enablement.

What We Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, eCommerce, Supply Chain, or another technology-focused role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable using AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) as part of your daily workflow to improve productivity, accelerate learning, and produce high-quality work.
  • Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and enthusiasm for experimenting with new tools and ways of working.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute across multiple disciplines.

Preferred

  • Experience working within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Exposure to retail technology, dropship, marketplaces, order management, supply chain, or eCommerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
  • Understanding of APIs, systems integrations, and data flows between enterprise applications.
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Pendo, Databricks, or similar product analytics tools.
  • Exposure to AI-powered products, LLMs, AI agents, or workflow automation tools.
