Objectives: • Optimize working capital strategy • Establish and execute market and product strategies • Develop key supplier and customer relationships • Leverage negotiating, marketing and selling skill sets Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of product line health-including strategy, financial performance, inventory management, and quality assurance. • Lead margin and pricing discipline initiatives to ensure sustained profitability and alignment with market dynamics. • Manage global vendor relationships and negotiations to optimize supply chain reliability and cost efficiency. • Present biannual product strategy updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders, highlighting performance, market opportunities, and competitive analysis. • Monitor and adjust order volume and production schedules to align with business forecasts, capacity constraints, and strategic goals. • Navigate macroeconomic challenges, evaluate their impact on the business, and adapt as necessary • Lead product development and other initiatives with domestic and global partners A bachelor's degree in a business-related field of study is required.
