GlobalLogic is looking for a new talent to join our rapidly growing team established for worldwide retail pharmacy company. Our teams are co-located with customer in Deerfield, IL. We deliver various services in this strategic partnership to build new pharmacy platform: Product architecture and development , Integration, DevOps, User Experience and Design, Agile coaching. #LI-VK1

Requirements
  • Possessing 7-10 years of progressive experience in product ownership and management, demonstrating a strong track record of successfully delivering complex software products in an an enterprise environment.
  • This role requires a flexible work model, balancing on-site collaboration at our Santa Clara office with remote work capabilities to foster innovation and team synergy effectively.

  • Demonstrated expertise in product management and product strategy, including the ability to define vision, roadmap, and go-to-market plans for complex software solutions.
  • Proven proficiency in requirements analysis, translating high-level business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications and user stories for development teams.

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of product features, from conceptualization through launch and post-launch iteration.
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding of product goals.
  • Mentor junior product team members, providing guidance on best practices in product management and agile methodologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement of product development processes and tools to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and user data to identify areas for improvement and inform future product enhancements.

GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in the Chicago IL location is $125,000 to $140,000 and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.
