DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for the product/product line to align with company goals.
o Define and create product roadmap.
o Translate and align business strategy into product strategy.
o Manage the development of product lines and evaluate rationalized models.
Market Trends and Pricing
o Develop market insight through the voice of customer research, in-depth competitive analysis, and market segmentation.
o Perform competitive benchmarking and market share/trend analysis.
o Develop and foster customer relationships with the knowledge they will participate in market research and provide feedback on early prototypes.
o Gather, analyze, and prioritize user feedback; prioritize features, and define requirements to address customer needs.
o Identify customer needs and translate them into product opportunities.
o Lead price strategy and implementation process for assigned portfolio, including managing the distributor programs for North America and Europe.
Product Lifecycle: Product Planning and Prioritization
o Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define and implement product strategiesto build and launch products.
o Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development. Drive the development process by setting timelines and project managing.
o Provide critical information and guidance as it relates to the 4-Ps (Price, Product, Promotion, Place).
o Provide input for marketing collateral and product positioning
o Plan and execute global product launches in collaboration with key stakeholders. Manage activities related to bringing the product to market i.e., messaging, positioning, and training materials.
o Conduct 8020 product analysis and develop product line plans to address opportunities for portfolio simplification and strategic pricing.
o Manage and drive the entire product lifecycle to include strategic planning, tactical activities, and addressing customer feedback and issues.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
o Track product performance using KPIs and analytics.
o Manage product line revenue, margin, pricing, and investment.
o Analyze and report key performance metrics like sales data, user engagement, and customer satisfaction to understand product performance.
o Monitor metrics that measure the success of products, product improvements, feature prioritization, and product future.
o Gather feedback from initial users to validate the product before a wider launch.
o Consistently seek opportunities to improve the product based on user feedback and market changes.
o Drive 80/20 complexity reduction across the product lines including product rationalization.
o Drive margin expansion for the Product Line by working with Operations and/or Supply Chain to drive cost reductions (PPV), Engineering to drive VA\VE projects, and finally with Commercial on pricing.

Experience working with competitive pricing and promotions with manufactured products.
Industrial products experience preferred.

Robust problem-solving methodologies and proven critical thinking ability.
Demonstrated knowledge in product management tools and data analysis tools.
Experience withcross-functional team leadershipand working with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint required.

Total Rewards
The compensation range for this position is $97,000.00 - $145,400.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.Benefits Package
