Full Job Description
Who you are

Metropolis is seeking a Product Manager to lead initiatives that are foundational to delivering seamless, intelligent, and scalable experiences across our growing network of locations. You will own core parts of our platform that power critical growth drivers of our business - from novel consumer experiences to core infrastructure that ensure smooth operations and deliver value to our operators. We are looking for a systems thinker who can operate across both product strategy and technical execution. You thrive in ambiguous environments, can translate complex operational or technical needs into clear product requirements, and are motivated by solving problems that blend software, hardware, and physical space.
What you'll do
  • Define and drive the product vision & roadmap for Metropolis' Network Expansion team, responsible for location growth-focused product strategy and outcomes
  • Serve as primary product liaison for the growth team, ingesting pipeline feedback and rigorously prioritizing what is a critical growth-blocker versus what is not
  • Translate business goals and complex requirements into prioritized roadmaps and technical specifications
  • Lead product discovery and delivery using data, experimentation, and user feedback to achieve measurable outcomes
  • Oversee day-to-day product execution, roadmap grooming, and engineering cadences, ensuring smooth continuous delivery
  • Manage end-to-end launches, encompassing everything from QA and testing to rollout and final adoption
  • Monitor and drive key performance metrics to improve reliability, scalability, and overall business growth
What we're looking for
  • 3+ years in Product Management, specifically within a high-growth SaaS, marketplace, or consumer product environment
  • A strong understanding of how product decisions impact B2B sales pipelines, market expansion, and the broader business case
  • Proven ability to manage products in a hyper-growth environment, balancing the need for speed and iteration with maintaining the stability of high-volume, transaction-based systems (processing billions of dollars annually)
  • Capacity to ingest a high volume of requests from cross-functional stakeholders, gracefully push back, and confidently say "no" to preserve bandwidth for true growth drivers
  • Motivated by scale, complexity, and the thrill of solving problems that directly impact the company's valuation and operational efficiency
  • A proven systems thinker who excels at navigating high-ambiguity environments and translating complex, cross-functional operational needs into clear product requirements
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to transform static workflows into responsive, high-output processes
While not required, these are a plus:
  • Comfortable working with data schemas, ETL processes, and third-party integrations
  • Demonstrated experience in a full-stack product environment, designing solutions that seamlessly blend software, hardware, and physical operational processes

4 Days in Office: Metropolis values in-person collaboration to drive innovation, strengthen culture, and enhance the Member experience. Our corporate team members hold to our office-first model, which requires employees to be on-site at least four days a week, fostering organic interactions that spark creativity and connection
