Job Summary

We're looking for a customer-obsessed Product Manager II to join our benchmarking solutions team. You'll own a core part of the product defining the roadmap, turning customer needs and business priorities into a clear plan of action. You'll work closely with engineering, data science, and design to validate concepts, prioritize work, and deliver features that customers love. You'll have hands-on experience with AI-assisted development and the product judgment to know when and how to use it as a strategic lever.

The ideal candidate brings strong product judgment, a track record of shipping features that move the needle, and the technical fluency to direct AI-assisted development and partner as an equal with engineering. You're analytical and customer-obsessed, comfortable with rapid prototyping and iteration, and able to operate with less upfront documentation.

What You'll Do
  • Strategy and Ownership: Own the strategy and backlog for your feature set, understanding customer problems and business priorities to build a clear, prioritized plan that drives outcomes.
  • AI-Assisted Development and Prototyping: Rapidly prototype and validate product concepts using AI-assisted tools, moving from idea to proof of concept faster than a traditional spec-first approach. Partner with engineering to shape prototypes into production-ready features.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, and design to scope work, understand problems, and manage a prioritized backlog. Step in as Product Owner for scrum teams when needed.
  • Validation and Prioritization: Understand customer needs through research and feedback, validate assumptions, and prioritize stories and features based on customer and business impact.
  • Customer Engagement: Work directly with customers to share roadmaps, gather feedback, and understand how your features solve their problems.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Align stakeholders on priorities and progress, and own communication around feature plans and delivery so decisions stay clear and aligned.
  • Market and Competitive Awareness: Stay current on competitive positioning and feature sets, and use that knowledge to inform your roadmap decisions.
  • Launch and Impact: Define success metrics, champion feature adoption, showcase new capabilities, and partner with product marketing to bring your work to market and maximize impact.

What We're Looking For
  • 2-5 years of product management experience for B2B business models, ideally in SaaS
  • Demonstrated track record scoping and shipping features or small product initiatives that produced clear user and business outcomes
  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development or prototyping tools (for example, Claude, Cursor, or v0) to build and test product concepts quickly
  • Strong technical fluency and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and architects
  • Superior project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and business cases to various audiences
  • Deep customer empathy and the ability to research and understand customer pain points and needs
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with HR technology is a plus
