Job Summary

The Product Manager at FuzeRx is an individual contributor responsible for defining and delivering product initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth. This role sits within the Product Management job family and will support our Care and Partnerships teams.

As a Product Manager, you will own the roadmap for your product area, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders to solve meaningful problems for patients and partners. You'll operate with increasing autonomy — driving discovery, prioritization, and execution end-to-end within your domain — while collaborating with senior product leaders on strategy and measurable outcomes aligned with FuzeRx's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own delivery of product features end-to-end — from requirements and design through launch and iteration — within a defined product strategy

  • Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear, concise product requirements and specs, partnering with Engineering, Design, and Data

  • Drive feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners (e.g., Clinical, Compliance, Finance), seeking direction from senior product leaders when navigating ambiguity

  • Support product discovery through customer research, data analysis, and validation to ensure features solve real user problems

  • Monitor feature-level success metrics (KPIs, adoption, usability) and use insights to iterate; may own OKR/QBR reporting for your area

  • Optimize roadmap intake — triaging features, bugs, and requests — and connect engineering work to the end-user experience

  • Understand the technologies in your product area; articulate technical requirements and flag risks in design choices

  • Build awareness of regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy, escalating compliance considerations early

Required Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Management or a product-adjacent role (e.g., program management, clinical operations, analytics)

  • Experience shipping product features in partnership with Engineering teams in agile environments

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using product metrics (KPIs, adoption, usability) to inform decisions

  • Clear, concise communication skills — able to write effective specs and drive feature discussions with engineers, customers, and cross-functional partners

  • Proficiency with common product and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of product experience, including features delivered end-to-end from requirements through launch and iteration

  • Experience in regulated or complex domains (e.g., healthcare, pharmacy, fintech)

  • Experience building products for pharmacy, healthcare services, or medication management platforms

  • Familiarity with data-driven personalization, automation, or AI-enabled product capabilities

  • Ability to identify technical risks and articulate technical requirements for features and APIs
