Full Job Description
The role
Our whole-body controller is the foundation of our autonomy stack and the first thing every partner integrates. Your job is to scale it to thousands, and then hundreds of thousands, of robots.
You'll join the product team, working closely with research, infrastructure, go-to-market teams and customers. You'll own the controller as a product: how it is packaged, positioned and measured, which integration steps become tooling or self-serve, and what our developer SDK needs.
This is the opportunity to join and build a category-defining product.
Key Responsibilities
Own our whole-body controller as a product: how it is packaged and positioned, which personas it serves, and which metrics matter to customers. Work with research on how those metrics are evaluated.
Own the productisation of new robot integration. Decide which integration steps become tooling, which become self-serve and which still need our team, and drive the roadmap that cuts onboarding time for each new robot.
Collaborate with the go-to-market and marketing teams to define customer pitches, engagement models, positioning and strategy, and the pricing model through the sales process.
Talk to customers constantly. Run feedback loops with OEM engineering teams, visit sites during integrations, and turn what you hear into prioritised requirements.
Map the product needs of our SDK: what developers must be able to configure, deploy, monitor and debug, and how the SDK should evolve as more robots run on our stack.
Partner with research and engineering to decide what gets built and productised, and track adoption with quantitative and qualitative signals.
Requirements
Product management experience on technical B2B products, ideally developer platforms, SDKs or ML products, at a high-growth startup or top tech company.
Strong technical foundation, with a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics or equivalent experience.
Working understanding of robot learning and control: what a whole-body controller does, how policies are trained in simulation, and why they behave differently on real hardware.
Experience defining evaluations or benchmarks for ML models or autonomy systems, and turning results into decisions and customer-facing claims.
Experience working directly with B2B technical customers, ideally supporting integration into third-party hardware or platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication. You can write a clear product spec, a crisp customer update and a compelling positioning narrative.
Comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment where scope is broad and ambiguity is the norm.
Willingness to travel to customer sites across Europe and beyond (up to 15%).
Bonus
Hands-on experience with humanoids, legged robots or other physical systems, including reinforcement learning, sim-to-real transfer or system identification.
Experience launching or open-sourcing models, and building adoption in a research or developer community.
Prior work on eval frameworks, model training pipelines or agentic AI products.
A sharp instinct for product-market fit in a category that is still forming.
