Job DescriptionProduct ManagerJob Purpose:We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive our product portfolio through its entire Product Life Cycle (PLC) from initial market launch to final production exit. In this role, you will define and execute commercial objectives (sales, market share, turnover) and spearhead the most effective marketing and go-to-market strategies to ensure long-term product success.
Qualifications & Experience: - Education: Degree in Engineering (specifically Mechanical), Marketing, or Product Management
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with mandatory background in the refrigeration industry/market space (within industrial, commercial, or mechanical sectors)
- Management & Market Experience: Demonstrated management experience handling products of a similar scale, with specific expertise in either B2B or B2C markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Product & Category Ownership: Own Product, Project, and Category Management for the assigned product portfolio
- In-Life Product Optimization: Manage all aspects of existing products, actively incorporating customer feedback, managing requirements, and resolving product issues
- Strategic Planning: Define the Multi-Year Product Plan for the assigned category to align with overall business goals
- Market Research & Voice of Customer: Conduct thorough market research (including customer visits, events, and user feedback loops) to generate clear, actionable product requirements
- Marketing & Sales Enablement: Create the programs and collateral to market and sell the product effectively
- Go-to-Market & Pricing: Define high-level requirements, pricing strategies, and comprehensive go-to-market plans, including seamless phase-in and phase-out strategies
- Market Intelligence & Benchmarking: Support the Product Strategy Manager with competitor analysis, benchmarking, and ongoing market intelligence tracking
