What You'll Do- Work with the CEO, CTO, designers, and engineering team to design new features and improve existing features
- Talk to lots of customers and prospects to understand what's important to them
- Talk to the Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to prioritize features that would help them achieve company goals
- Write lots of tickets and answer clarifying questions from the engineers
- Use product as a lever to drive business outcomes (MRR, new product adoption, etc.)

- Some accounting experience or experience with accounting-related products is required
