Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, prioritize, and document stakeholder requirements for HSIN products, capabilities, and user-facing services.
Develop product roadmaps, user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements, process flows, release readiness materials, and product lifecycle documentation.
Support release schedule development, release planning activities, release checklists, implementation planning, UAT coordination, and post-implementation reviews.
Conduct current-state assessments of HSIN operations, stakeholder needs, emerging requirements, product performance, and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with HSIN program leadership, stakeholder engagement teams, technical teams, and users to align product improvements with mission needs.
Translate operational and business needs into actionable requirements, backlog inputs, process improvements, and implementation recommendations.
Support the HSIN Program Strategy, including assessments, performance metrics, implementation timelines, risk mitigation approaches, and annual review inputs.
Qualifications
Required / Preferred Qualifications
7+ years in product management, business analysis, requirements management, release planning, Agile coordination, or federal IT modernization support.
Experience with Agile backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT, product roadmaps, release readiness, lifecycle management, post-implementation reviews, and stakeholder facilitation.
Strong ability to bridge mission users, program leadership, and technical delivery teams.
Experience developing executive-ready product strategy materials, current-state assessments, business process documentation, and improvement recommendations.
Direct experience supporting and managing HSIN products is REQUIRED
DHS, OCIO, HSIN, CUI-enabled platform, collaboration system, or federal information-sharing platform experience REQUIRED.
