Full Job Description
We're looking for a Product Manager to own the roadmap for how Managed Service Providers (MSPs) use our Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform. You'll help MSPs monitor and improve the employee technology experience across multiple customers from one place, while keeping each customer's data and permissions separate.
Responsibilities
• Set the product strategy and roadmap for MSPs. Talk directly with partners and customers to understand their workflows and decide what to build next.
• Work with Engineering and UX to build features such as a view across customer accounts, delegated admin access, reusable automations, and reporting.
• Own features from discovery through launch. Use adoption, customer feedback, and time saved by MSP teams to guide what you improve next.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to launch new capabilities and help MSPs adopt them.
Requirements
• 5+ years of enterprise software product management experience, including owning a roadmap and bringing features from discovery to launch.
• Experience building for, selling through, or working with MSPs. You understand how service providers manage multiple customers.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS products and an understanding of how to keep customer data and access separate.
• Knowledge of DEX, endpoint management, end-user computing, IT operations, observability, or a related area.
• Ability to make clear trade-offs using customer feedback, product data, and business goals, and explain those decisions to technical and commercial teams.
• A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience, authorization to work in the U.S., and flexibility to work with customers and partners across time zones.
Nice to have
• Experience with federal, defense, or other regulated public-sector customers, including federal systems integrators.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, DoD cloud requirements such as IL5, or federal procurement.
What we offer
• Competitive compensation and bonuses
• Flexible PTO and paid holidays
• 401(k) with employer matching
• Comprehensive Health insurance package including 100% employer-paid medical coverage
• Up to 12 weeks of Parental Leave
• Basic Life Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability, 100% employer-paid
• Quarterly teambuilding events, leadership luncheons, and companywide "All Hands" meetings
• Open door policy and business casual dress code
• We celebrate diversity as one of our core values. Join c-a-r-e and lead change initiatives together with us!
