Job FunctionThe Product Manager Data Center USA is responsible for developing and managing a dedicated product and solution portfolio for the North American data center market, while supporting business growth, market intelligence, and product strategy.
Reports ToGlobal Head of Product Management.
Responsibilities and Objectives- Manage and grow the Electrical Connector product portfolio for North America.
- Lead product strategy and roadmap development for the North American data center market.
- Lead product lifecycle activities from new product development through launch and ongoing portfolio management.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to support business growth.
- Lead and support the business case and technical specification in product development projects and new product launches.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams globally.
- Share technical and application knowledge across global teams.
- Support UL certification efforts, technical documentation, training, and customer presentations.
- Adheres to all safety, quality and environmental standards
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with strong technical aptitude.
- Proven ability to support customer presentations, technical discussions, and commercial opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Business Development teams.
- Developing and executing product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans that drive customer adoption and business growth.
- Strong product launch and commercialization experience, including business case development and market positioning.
- Program and project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- New Product Introduction (NPI) Management and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) experience from concept through launch and portfolio management.
- Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer assessments to identify growth opportunities.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, CRM, and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of electrical power connectors, power systems, or UL standards preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a global customer-focused environment.
- English native speaker or similar level of language proficiency. Additional languages an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally.

- Dexterity and accuracy as needed to operate equipment
Work schedule:- Hybrid schedule available following onboarding.
- Based in Windsor, CA.
- Up to 30% domestic and international travel required.
