Key job responsibilities
• Own the full lifecycle of compliance digital tools, from requirements gathering and system design through configuration, integration, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions that meet AWS environmental and compliance objectives, driving enhancements that keep pace with evolving requirements.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to navigate ambiguity, define clear processes, and secure alignment in a fast-moving, highly technical environment.
• Serve as system admin and champion innovative solutions across established and emerging technical architectures.
• Drive structured change management, training, and onboarding to ensure teams adopt new tools effectively.
• Develop deep understanding of the business logic and architecture behind supported systems to resolve customer problems quickly and confidently.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in environmental management information system implementation.
- Hands-on implementation experience with EHS platforms such as Enablon, Cority, or Intelex.
- 5+ years of post-internship software implementation experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines
- Experience coordinating complex products with stringent technical requirements, development cycles and schedules
- Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products
- Experience with environmental regulations
- Hands-on agile delivery experience for EHS or Quality software products.
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
