We are looking for a strong Product Manager to join our forward-thinking team. This is a client facing role and will require strong communication, organization, and research skills. This position will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and marketing to understand and learn from the customer journey, continuously updating their perception of pain points, personas, customer goals and product expectations.
You will be responsible for:
- Planning and overseeing Software Development Projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified parameters.
- Monitoring project status, and keeping key stakeholders informed.
- Interfacing with Clients for workflow discovery, research and relationship development
- Defining the user stories for software features from the perspective of the end user, including articulating how a software feature will provide value to the customer
- Using in-depth knowledge of customer pain points, goals and product expectations to constantly improve the customer experience.
- Knowing the company's strengths and weaknesses relative to competitors in the space and proactively positioning product offerings toward the best possible market niche(s) in the landscape.
We are looking for:
- Expertise and experience in the ComboCurve platform.
- Experience working with Software Development teams, and within the Agile Scrum Methodology.
- Python coding experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to disseminate information across all levels of the organization.
- An ability to act quickly, drive continuous improvement, and pivot as needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Someone with the desire to learn and lead innovation in the O and G Industry.
