As our technology moves into real-world environments, customers and early adopters are helping uncover new challenges, workflows, and opportunities. This role focuses on evaluating those opportunities, identifying where meaningful value exists, and guiding development toward work that delivers measurable impact.
We are seeking a Product Manager who is driven by curiosity and motivated by solving complex problems - someone who looks beyond individual requests to understand the bigger picture, connects insights across teams and validated customer input, and helps chart a clear path from idea to outcome. You seek input, build trust, evaluate trade-offs thoughtfully, and remain focused on where we're going, not just where we are today.
This role interacts across the organization, from engineers to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that validated feedback from the field informs product direction.
What You'll Do- Work with internal teams and validated customer insight to evaluate needs and guide product direction.
- Review validated customer workflows, challenges, and use cases gathered through customer engagements.
- Evaluate how customers apply 3D visualization and holographic display technology within their workflows, identifying where new capabilities can create meaningful impact.
- Translate real-world workflows into structured product direction.
- Evaluate incoming requests and determine which opportunities should move forward, wait, or be declined.
- Assess trade-offs between technical effort, risk, and expected value.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to align software, hardware, and visualization capabilities with validated real-world application needs.
- Define success criteria for new capabilities.
- Track outcomes from early use and apply lessons to future product decisions.
- Support the evolution of 3D visualization features and workflows as new use cases emerge across industries.
- Document decisions, assumptions, and outcomes to support consistent product direction.
- Communicate clearly across teams and leadership to support informed decision-making.
What You'll Need to Succeed- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Systems, or similar discipline).
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Systems Engineering, Technical Program Management, or similar roles involving complex, integrated hardware and software systems.
- Experience supporting customer discovery, field evaluations, or operational testing environments.
- Demonstrated ability to gather feedback from diverse stakeholders and translate it into structured product direction.
- Experience working with both technical teams and non-technical users.
- Comfort discussing technical trade-offs and feasibility with engineering teams.
- Strong systems-thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate how individual requests impact broader platform capabilities and long-term product direction.
- Ability to assess competing priorities, challenge assumptions thoughtfully, and support recommendations with evidence and structured reasoning.
- Confidence to engage in technical and strategic discussions and help move decisions forward into execution.
- Comfort working in environments where requirements evolve and direction adjusts as new information becomes available.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple inputs while maintaining focus on meaningful outcomes.
Nice to Have- Experience working in early-stage or start-up environments.
- Experience helping bring complex or deep-tech products to market.
- Familiarity with visualization systems, simulation tools, digital twins, or advanced technical platforms.
If you're someone who connects ideas, asks the hard questions, and is motivated to build solutions for something truly groundbreaking, we'd love to hear from you!
