Title: Product Manager Location: OrlandoReports to: Director of Product FLSA Status: ExemptPosition SummaryThe Product Manager will own the roadmap and execution for a specific product area within our health tech platform. This role is responsible for translating customer needs and business priorities into clear product requirements, collaborating closely with engineering, design, clinical, and program management to deliver impactful solutions. The Product Manager is the primary point of contact for their product area, accountable for adoption and customer satisfaction, while receiving guidance from senior product leaders to align with broader strategy.
Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Vision- Own the feature-level strategy and roadmap for a defined product area.
- Gather and analyze customer insights, market trends, and data to inform priorities.
- Ensure initiatives ladder up to company and portfolio strategy, with guidance from Sr. PMs or Directors.
Execution & Delivery- Manage the product backlog and sprint priorities for your area.
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Make trade-off decisions with engineering/design, escalating larger conflicts to senior product leaders.
External Influence- Conduct discovery interviews and validate problems/solutions with customers.
- Partner with sales and customer success to understand customer needs and adoption challenges.
- Incorporate customer feedback into product planning and execution.
Internal Influence- Act as the point person for your product area across engineering, design, clinical, and program management.
- Facilitate alignment in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery discussions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to support product launches and enablement.
People Leadership & Org Building- May mentor interns or product analysts.
- Demonstrate leadership within delivery teams by clarifying goals and driving accountability.
- Build credibility as the go-to person for your product area.
Business Impact & Outcomes- Be accountable for feature adoption, usability, and customer satisfaction within your product area.
- Monitor key product metrics, report outcomes, and use data to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure product decisions are tied to measurable customer and business value.
Qualifications- Three to five (3-5) years of product management or equivalent experience.
- Experience in health tech, SaaS, or enterprise software preferred.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, backlog management, and agile delivery.
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to translate feedback into product improvements.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to own and deliver outcomes within a defined scope.
