About the RoleThe role drives new business development, market and channel expansion, and strategic account growth, partnering with Application Development, Marketing, and Supply Chain to convert market opportunities into profitable, sustained revenue.
Additionally, the Product Line Manager, Biosolutions is specifically accountable for profitable growth of the BioPDO product line in the Home Care, Industrial & Institutional (HI&I) markets across North America and other target geographies.
Key responsibilities: Job title- Own delivery of revenue, margin, and growth targets for the Biosolutions product line in the HI&I market, including pricing strategy, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Identify, prioritize, and convert new business opportunities with brand owners, formulators, and manufacturers
- Build and manage relationships with key strategic accounts
- Lead commercial engagement from opportunity identification through qualification, negotiation, and commercialization
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies, expanding market penetration through distributors, channel partners, and strategic alliances
- Partner with Application Development, R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to accelerate customer adoption, and monitor market and competitive trends to identify new growth opportunities

Required and Preferred Education /Certification- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (required)
- MBA or advanced technical degree (preferred)
- Formal training in value selling, commercial strategy, or negotiation (preferred)
Required and Preferred Work Experience- 7+ years in business development, sales, or commercial roles within specialty chemicals or ingredients (required)
- Demonstrated success growing revenue through strategic accounts and channel partners (required)
- Experience leading the full commercial cycle from opportunity through commercialization (required)
- Experience with multinational consumer goods companies (preferred)
- Experience in HI&I, Personal Care, or adjacent markets; willingness to travel up to 50% (required)
Total RewardsThe annual pay range estimated for this position is $114,800.00 - $172,200.00 and is bonus eligible.
Please note that while this range reflects the full spectrum of compensation available for this role, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors including your experience, skills, and alignment with the role's responsibilities. During the interview process there will be an opportunity to discuss how your background fits into the pay range.
