- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of related product development or merchant experience required
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to develop and execute multi-year assortment strategies
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing product development timelines and deliverables
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PLM, Gerber, and Adobe Illustrator
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence partners
