Product Line Development Manager (m/f/d) We are seeking a Product Line Development Manager to grow our optical isolator portfolio while managing the existing line. This is a dynamic role covering the full sweep of product development including market research, design work, R&D and prototyping, and product management. What can you expect in the role? - Responsibility for the complete product line covering optical isolators and optical components - Engineering & R&D (~50%): - Optical design and interaction with our engineering team to realize designs - Build and qualification of prototypes and early series production - Maintain and improve product performance models - Collaboration with our manufacturing team on smooth transitions from development to production - Ensure product development meets specifications and schedules while setting priorities - Product Management (~50%): - Own the product roadmap, revenue and margins - Interaction with internal and external customers to gather market needs and analyze competitive landscape - Lead go-to-market and launches with Marketing - Maintain and further develop the supply chain for critical materials Product Line Development Manager (m/f/d) Must-haves: What do you need for this role? - Demonstrated ability to work hands-on with optics and lasers - Excellent technical communication skills - MS/PhD in Physics, Optics, or related field, or a BS with 5+ years of relevant experience.
