Here's what you'll be doing:You will operate as the product and business owner of Orchestration within Rad AI. You own the vision, the roadmap, the commercial strategy, and the day-to-day execution that connects them. You'll design and run a focused, cross-functional team with clear goals, decision rights, and accountability-a senior operator, not a narrow PM.
You'll be deeply embedded with customers, partners, and your team in equal measure. You translate health system and imaging realities into product priorities, turn engineering capacity into shipped capability, and make sure each launch lands as a real commercial moment-not just a release. You'll work closely with the CPO, CEO, and broader executive team, but you won't wait for permission to act.
In particular, you will:
- Own Orchestration end-to-end - lead strategy from concept through launch and commercialization, and be accountable for adoption, revenue, and platform impact.
- Define the platform narrative - articulate how Orchestration fits into the broader Rad AI platform and the market story we tell customers, partners, and investors.
- Translate market needs into execution - turn customer and ecosystem signals into clear product priorities, execution plans, and launch milestones.
- Drive cross-functional alignment - connect product, engineering, sales, partnerships, implementations, and leadership into a single, coherent motion.
- Build the commercial strategy alongside the product strategy - pricing and packaging, partner model, design partnerships, market positioning, and rollout plan.
- Make the build / partner / buy calls - evaluate options across orchestration-related capabilities and decide where we build, where we partner, and where we acquire.
- Hit high-stakes timelines - own delivery against major industry moments and launch deadlines, and be the central point of accountability for unblocking teams.
- Prioritize the highest-value bets - identify the most important opportunities across workflow, interoperability, routing, and adjacent platform capabilities, and say no to the rest.
- Operate like a founder - step into whatever role the moment calls for-contracts, partner negotiations, customer escalations, technical tradeoffs-while keeping your eyes on the long-term build.
You're the right person for this role if:- You have a commercial mindset: you think beyond feature delivery and understand how products create revenue, strategic leverage, and long-term platform value. You can connect product decisions to adoption, pricing, partnerships, and market position.
- You have deep industry experience in radiology, imaging, PACS, workflow, interoperability, DICOM, routing, or adjacent enterprise imaging infrastructure-and a strong understanding of how hospital and radiology buying decisions actually get made.
- You have led major product or platform initiatives before, likely as a Head of Product, GM, or senior product leader in a relevant healthcare or imaging company.
- You can operate with autonomy, influence executives, and make decisions in ambiguity, and you bring credibility with internal leaders and external partners from day one.
- You have a track record of turning ambiguous strategic ideas into shipped products and real customer adoption, working across product, engineering, and commercial teams at once.
It would be nice if:- You have launched a platform or interoperability product into a regulated, enterprise environment, and you understand what "good" looks like at scale.
- You are familiar with the ecosystem of imaging vendors, workflow vendors, AI partners, and health system stakeholders, and you can navigate it with credibility.
- You have shaped pricing, packaging, and partner models for a platform product-not just features.
- You have worked with AI/ML products in mission-critical environments and understand how to balance innovation with safety and reliability.
- You are energized by a remote-first, highly cross-functional environment and enjoy spending time directly with health system partners and ecosystem players.
Success in this role:In the first 6-12 months, you will have:
- Created a clear orchestration strategy and roadmap, with leadership aligned on priorities and tradeoffs.
- Established ownership and a steady execution cadence across all orchestration workstreams.
- Defined the commercial story and design-partner approach, and signed early lighthouse partners.
- Brought a credible orchestration product to market against a high-stakes industry milestone.
- Positioned Orchestration as a meaningful, named driver of Rad AI's future growth-internally and externally.
